Step 1:

Register as a new customer to create a new account. Then choose the date and time for your pick-up & delivery. Email or Call us with a customized order at: 888-MadyQueen 24/7 day a week and we will process your order over the phone.

Step 2:

Please have your laundry ready for pick-up on your appointed day.  Our driver will provide you with your new Mady Queen Bag.  Upon receiving your order our staff will call you with details and the price of your items.

Step 3:

Your order will be delivered on a prearranged day.  You will enjoy receiving back clean, fresh, fold and pressed laundry or dry cleaning.  All credit or debit card payments are charged in advance (As soon as orders are serviced). Cash orders are to be paid to driver upon delivery. Sorry "no checks".

Pick-Up Days:

Brooklyn: Mondays through Sunday 6am-10:00am, 12pm-2pm & 6pm-10pm

Manhattan: Mondays through Sunday 6am-10am, 6pm-10pm

Queens: Mondays through Sunday 6am-10am, 6pm-10pm
